VectorOn
Indoor positioning for security teams in high-rise buildings. A latitude and longitude is not much help in a forty-story building. VectorOn shows which floor each guard is on, and where on the floor plan.
How does it work?
Survey each floor once. Guard phones then scan the Wi-Fi already in the building, and the operator console shows which floor each guard is on and where. No new hardware.
What is VectorOn made of?
Two pieces: an Android app the guard carries, and a web console for the operator showing a live floor map and a roster with each phone's health.
